Accessing and downloading your SMS Reports
Downloading whatever reports on your SMS campaigns you need has never been easier. We provide reports on blast, API, network, number, responses (2-way SMS), and dump reports at your convenience.
To download a report, you need your email and password to log in to your NALO account.
Terms:
Blast Report: This report is to get reports on bulk SMS campaigns you’ve sent. This is the default report you will get on all your campaigns.
Dump Report: This is a report on all messages you have sent, either single or bulk via API, over a period of not more than 90 days.
Network Report: This report is a breakdown of the performance of your sms through the various network providers. For example which numbers were sent to AT, MTN, or Telecel.
API Report: This report lets you drill down on a number who is having challenges receiving SMS’s from you via API.
Response Report: This report gives details about replies on messages via 2 way sms.
Number Report: Report on a single number for a period not more than 90 days.
How to make a Blast report
- Visit app.nalosolutions.com
- Login with your username and password
- Tap on reports >>SMS Reports
- Navigate to blast report, choose a sender ID and a timeline
- Select Submit Query
- Browse messages and select your preferred report to preview
How to make a Dump Report
- Visit app.nalosolutions.com
- Login with your username and password
- Tap on reports >>SMS Reports
- Navigate to Dump reports
- Choose the message type, and timeframe and Submit Query
- Browse reports and select action
How to make an API Report
- Visit app.nalosolutions.com
- Login with your username and password
- Tap on reports >>SMS Reports
- Navigate to API Reports
- Enter your Phone number and Submit Query
How to make a network report
- Visit app.nalosolutions.com
- Login with your username and password
- Tap on reports >>SMS Reports
- Navigate to Network Reports
- Select your preferred timeframe and Submit Query
How to make a number report

- Login with your username and password
- Tap on reports >>SMS Reports
- Navigate to Number Reports
- Enter Email address, phone number, sender ID, Timeframe and Submit Query
How to make a response report
- Visit app.nalosolutions.com
- Login with your username and password
- Tap on reports >>SMS Reports
- Navigate to Response Reports
- Enter your Email address, preferred keyword, time-period and Submit Query
