Checking SIM Active Status
SMS remains one of the most significant omni-communication channels for businesses. It has an open rate of 98%; one of the best amongst its peers in the business communication channels.
Meanwhile, to ensure that messages are delivered to active customers, NALO has developed a Sim active status checker to help you preempt how messages will perform when sent to customers.
SIM Status Terms
- Active – SIM Card is available and can receive messages instantly
- Inactive – SIM Card is unavailable and will take several retries before it receives the message
- Not Found – May indicate number is wrong or invalid
How to check SIM Status
- Visit app.nalosolutions.com
- Login with your username and password
- On the dashboard navigate to SMS >> Check Sim Status
- Upload contacts file, Max 10
Note: Accepted formats for the file are txt, csv, xlsx, xls, xlsm eg: numbers.txt
- Or manually add the numbers, with 233 or 0 prefixes, Max 10
- Click on Check Status
Note: At the moment you can check the status for only MTN Numbers, we are working to add the remaining Telcos soon. You will also be able to check for more than 10 contacts.
