To send an email campaign, you will need a mailing list. A mailing list is a group of contacts saved on our platform who you send emails to. With the NALO email platform, you can create several mailing lists on your account to facilitate several segments of your contacts.

Please take note, that you can have up to a 1000 contacts on the free mailing list plan. Adding extra contacts comes at a fee of GHS 0.04 pesewas.

How to create a mailing list

• Visit app.nalosolutions.com
• Login with your username and password
• On the dashboard navigate to Mailing List
• Click on Create Mailing List
• Enter a name for your mailing list, a preference or description
• Click on Create to complete

NB:- Preferences are categorized into company news, newsletter, or research. You can also create several customizable preferences manually. For transactional emails, you may select none as your mailing list preference.
