Just like all campaigns, Voice SMS has its own reports dashboard where you can find how your voice campaigns performed. Here are some terms to help you navigate the voice sms reports.

Campaign name: Name of the voice sms campaign sent.

Caller ID: The number used to place the call.

Recipients: The total number of contacts you sent the voice campaign to.

Call attempted: The total number of calls placed by the system.

Call answered: The total number of recipients who answered & listened to the voice message.

How to check Voice SMS reports

• Visit app.nalosolutions.com
• Login with your username and password
• On the dashboard navigate to Reports >> Voice SMS
• You will see a list of voice sms campaigns sent for the last 7days
• Filter with the DateTime to have more reports for the last 90days
• You can also download the reports in PDF, XLS, and CSV formats
